High School - Courses

My sophomore year is coming to an end.  It is time to select courses for my junior year.  Also known as the toughest year in high school.  It is the year that counts.  You have to make good grades, you have to study for the SAT everyday, and as a teenager, you need somewhat of a social life.  That is average.  For me, I am going to fit in tennis, my start-up, and a charity project I am working on.

I have passions. I like what I do outside of school.  Although it is tough, I try to not let school get in the way of what I call fun.

When I was picking my classes for my first year in high school, I decided that I would take all ‘regular’ courses.  I planned to take one honors course my sophomore year, two my junior year, and three my senior year.

Well, as of yesterday, I have decided to change that plan. Next year, I have decided to take all ‘regular’ classes.  Right now, I have an A average.   Getting that is defiantly not easy.  It is so much work.   If I were to take two honors classes and having to study for my SAT everyday, I don’t think I would be able to manage the stuff I do outside of school.  Taking the ‘regular’ classes will allow me to hopefully excel in the things that I like to do.
